hi, has any of you guys build a compatibility cable for a parallelle port to use with the mastercard from open cockpits?i am struggling for days now trying to make one , a good explanation would be just great, my main problem is how to connect the 5 volt to the ic hope someone can help mecheers

Hi Ferdie, thanks, but this does not answer my questionthis is what i didmale connector from pchave cut wires 1,16,17,19,20,21,22,23,24,25connected wires to coresponding numbers on female connector6 to 6, 7 to 78 to 89 to 910 to 10 11 to 1112 to 1213 to 1315 to 15connected wires to coresponding numbers on female connector and on the ic2 to 2 and 18 on ic3 to 3 and 17 on ic4 to 4 and 16 on ic5 to 5 and 15 on ic18 to 18 and 10 on ic14 to loop 1 and 19 on icfemale connector 1 to 2 on ic14 to 3 on ic16 to 4 on ic17 to 5 on icnow this leaves me with connection 20 from the ic that gives 5 voltnow were do i connect this cable?this is not clear to me , from a previous post from manolo to someone else he stated "just connect cable to parallelle port", this does not help mei am sitting here for days now with mcp finnished but can not usi itmaybe i am dumb but i do not understand itthanks for your helpivo
