Also search the forum for the error message, I remember there was quite a lot of troubleshooting on the same issue quite a while ago.//Tuomas
August 24, 200520 yr Thanks for your reply Tuomas.I have read everything I could find here on AVSIM forums and tested everything there is to test, all is good, still, I can't flash it.BTW my led on the COM board is allways on when FSCOM is conncted to the power supply, when Im in normal mode, program mode, when I press the reset, even if I remove the jumper, the led remains on.Is that the it should be?>Use a really short cable to flash.Do you mean a short cable between FSCOM to FSLED or FSCOM to PC?
August 24, 200520 yr Tuomas is talking about the PC to FSCOM cable, and yes, the LED should be on all time when connected to a power supply.Gus B
August 24, 200520 yr Thank you so much guys!!!!the problem was indeed a long cable (1m). When I used a 10cm cable it flashed instantly. Andnow FSLED works great. Thanks again!
