Hi!First of all i'd like to ask what kind of material did you use to cover the fmc?I have a plan, i already made the pcb for that. But I just finished my mcp used lexan(i think this is the right name of it - a kind of plexi but easier to work with). But cut out those bloody rectangular holes gonna kill me. I made 15 of them, it took 2 days to finish them. I don't want to count the hours of making the fmc.One possible alternative is to go to an engraving company and pay for them, or use another "softer material. This is why I ask for the material. For you Mike, here in Hungary you can buy cheap television made by Chineese (or whatever, doesn't matter - it's cheap). It cost me around 20$. You can tune it wherever you want. It's black and white. So the method is I've got a dual head video card, one output vga and s-video the other. So i took a cable connect that to the video player, and I connected the video player to the tv. And you can enjoy your new toy. It's cheap, specially if you have an old unused videocasetteplayer.I tried, it's working.Zsolt, from Hungarywww.repulogepszimulator.hu

Hi Zsolt,Lexan is just a trade name (belonging to General Electric) for polycarbonate sheet - also a plastic that "looks like" plexi but it is NOT Plexiglas. Polycarbonate sheets are sold under different trade names besides Lexan but all are essentally the same material. So if you are interested in this type of material, you can just ask your plastic supplier for "polycarbonate sheet" and not mess up with trade names. The chance of your supplier knowing all the trade names are small and you may end up getting a negative answer while his warehouse is crammed with polycarbonates - LOL!Here is a link which provides more info about polycarbonates:http://www.bpf.co.uk/bpfindustry/plastics_...arbonate_PC.cfm
