B757/767 fonts

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,I'm redesigning my cockpit from scratch and I'm looking to find which font is used in the B757/767 cockpits. In particular the font used on the MCP, NAV/COM radios and overhead.Any help appreciated. Thanks!George DorkofikisAthens, Hellashttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/811520/1704.png

I DID search the forum before posting but I guess I got no results because I was searching specifically for 757/767.Thanks for the point-out but I am looking specifically for the 757.The FUTURA font is perfect for the 737classic and NG series but doesn'tseem right for the 757 MCP.The best closest candidate I could find compared to pics from airliners.net was the "Agency FB", especially for the Korry type buttons.George DorkofikisAthens, Hellashttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/811520/1704.png

George,Gables Engineering (www.gableseng.com) makes a variety of radio heads that are used in the B757 and B767. The spec sheets for the equipment indicate that Futura Medium and Futura Medium Condensed are used. Mikewww.mikesflightdeck.comwww.mikesflightdeckbooks.com

WOW!...Great find! Thanks!... I'm saving all the spec files for reference. It's a goldmine for the 757/767 pedestal! So, most of the pedestal modules use the Futura fonts.Do you happen to have the link to the manufacturers of the MCP too ?That should be Honeywell or Sperry, right?George DorkofikisAthens, Hellashttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/811520/1704.png

Rockwell Collins make the MCP.Honeywell make the CDU.
