New informative flightsim website

Featured Replies

Hi there, Sorry for my long absence, but to make it up I have made a website that describes all of my flightsim enhancement experiments over the past years. You can read all about it at: www.simprojects.nlHope you'll like it. Roland

I encourage everyone to take a look at Roland's site. He is one of the (very) few people to have worked successfully with motion and force feedback for home flight sims. Lots of good information there!Mikewww.mikesflightdeck.com

AgreeRealy cool and infomative siteTnx a lot ,Roland

Very nice website, great references.Errug mooi dus.Go have a look it's worthwile and you can pick up some nice tips and links.

Wow, Roland's tutorial, I think on flightsim.com or such, was one of the first inspirations for me at least to get started and "open my eyes" to the possibilities.. And this new site has a LOT more stuff, plus all the older goodies combined together. Definitely a good read it looks like.Thanks!//Tuomas

Thanks guys, I have added 2 video's (taken in 2003) of the motion platform movements. It gives you an idea of the response and the "washout" that I implemented. Interfacing was all via the yoke using the washout networks as described. The links to the video's are added on the http://www.simprojects.nl/diy_motion_platform.htm page. RgdsRoland
