Integrated Flight Systems Status?

Featured Replies

Does anyone have current information on the status of IFS? Emails are not being answered. Regards,Richard

I was speaking with Scott almost every other day up until late April - both email and videocon. Simply haven't had a need to communicate since then. Sometimes he may take a few days to answer emails because of his impossibly heavy work schedule. Just try again is all I can suggest.Peter.

Thanks Peter.Do you happen to know if Scott is working on FSC? Any updates due for release?Richard

Richard,Scott released an update for FSCockpit earlier this year. See http://www.iflightsystems.com/Downloads.htm for the link to the latest build. I have just sent Scott an email advising him of your post here.Regards,Peter.

Hi Peter,I do have that build. At the beginning of the year, I asked Scott if the User Output section in FSC would be implemented. He indicated it would. Do you have any information on that addition to FSC?Regards,Richard

G'day Richard,No, unfortunately I don't have any new info on FSCockpit. In fact I have stopped using it, and now use PhotonPS1, which is the interface software Scott wrote for using Photon with Aerowinx PS1.3.Guess, just have to wait to make contact with Scott direct. Sorry couldn't be of more help.Cheers,Peter.

Richard,News from Scott - "As for FSC 'Standard' I'm currently only supporting the product....I just don't have time to develop it further."I believe from the few videocons I've had with Scott at 1am (his only free time!!!!) that his schedule is just too full with real world work commitments for new or further development of FSC just now. However, I know how Scott after a few months can get "itchy feet" to do some software developing, so I wouldn't discount that for the future.Regards,Peter.
