Hi, i have problem with IO card and CID. I set it at FSAdmin as no.3, but i can't set any button. If i want set button/keys, so i choose keynumber and keytype and when i press apply so red shinning for 3 seconds and nothing else thing do something. I can't do Key test, because I have clear this window. If is problem at CID number, i would like rewrite it, but i don't know how can i do it. If i want do it at SET CID, so red diode shinning and nothing other. If i start my FSBUs, so red diode shinning 3times for 10 seconds and once 3 seconds, is it correct for CID 3 ? Please help me and sorry for my english. Thanks

I think your CID is set to default 31 (3 long flash and one short).I had the same problem, i wasn't able to write a new CID and setting the rotary switch in the right format.You must short to ground the pin 20 (J16) before changing the CID or setting the proper switch.
