need advice for throttle lever wheel connection

Hello everyone,I open up my throttle yesterday. I want to make the throttle lever work with sim.Enclose the pictures of the throttle wheel inside the box. No complicate design. The wheel simply move this way: Full throttle < > Idle thrust < > Thrust reverse. I want to use pot input to connect it to the FS. Does anyone can give me some suggestion of how the mechanical link should be like?
