HelloFS-200AC? What is that? I had to Google to learn that this is a hardware kit. Quite an old unit, I think, approx. 8 yrs. But that's not relevant here.Question:- Do both computers run on the same resolution?- Do both computers have the same operating system?Things to do:- update the graphic-card drivers, if not done already.- run your FS-200 AC with 1024x768 resolution.- check + test the DirectX driver versions, execute "dxdiag" if you use WinXP. (BTW, a "senior PC Specialist" should know this.)Things to consider:- maybe the Gateway 4300 is "too new" to run vintage softwareGood luck
