October 10, 200718 yr Good Morning all.I have purchased the FSBUSNG boards from Rob Van Dijk and I'm about to start drilling and assembling. I have a retired Cessna 310L cockpit which I'm going to use.First-about the drilling. As the bits are so small they can't fit into a standard drill press and a smaller chuck is mounted in that. The problem is, that the small chuck is not straight (New). As a result the drill bits wander and I'm breaking them. I was thinking of using .6mm bits with a 3.2mm shank,as used in dremels and others. Does anyone know of any connections/links for suppliers of same. Australia suppier is preferred, but there is a supplier in england on EBAY if I have to. Any other suggestions?Next a few quick questions regarding parts compatability for the FSBUSNG. Maybe Dirk could assist?Regarding the ATMEGA on the IO board-Is the (ATMEGA8535L-8PI) OK, as I can't get my hands on a (-16PI)?Regarding the ATTINY-Is the (ATTINY2313-20PI) the one I want, or is it the (ATTINY2313V-10PI)The supplier I found is at www.futurlec.com.auOn the Servo boards is the ATTINY chip as above the one I want? Many thanks in advance for any repliesRob FonhofMelbourne Australia.

October 17, 200718 yr Hi Rob,Just a reply on the drilling question.I have a bench top drill press which I bought from SuperCheap (I think) it cost around $50.I bought some pcb drill bits from Dick Smiths. The drill bits fit fine in the standard chuck on the drill press and I have had no problems drilling this way. In fact, I can't remember the last bit I broke this way. Hope this helps.DavidGold Coast
