Concorde Repaint Help

Guys,I'm repainting a Concorde in British Airways Union Flag colours and have a small problem with a texture which is covering the visor bay when the visor is down, this means I cannot view the visor in it's down possition from out side the aircraft. I have seen this texture removed on a previous repaint. Attemps to contact it's author have been unsuccessful. I hope some of you may be able to assist me.
