CH Yoke USB Pro Question on Prop and Mix Levers

Some time ago I decided to disable my levers on my CH Yoke because I use my SaitekX36 for throttle settings. Well since the Dash-8 has come out I want to use two of the 3 levers for prop and mixture. I went ahead and reassigned the the two levers to Prop 1 and Mixture 1 in my control menu. They don't seem to work in the Dash-8. How do I set it up so if I'm flying a 2 engine aircraft the levers will operate both engines. I think it has something to do with FSUIPC. Any help in resetting these levers would be grateful.Dan
