changing tower view to fly by view

wondering if any one can help,is there any way changing the tower view to a fly by view in Microsoft Flight sim 2002 Regards Jamesr

Joe, it has to be one of the best addons for FS2002! Why FS2002 didn't have a flyby view is beyond me.... Best regards, Chris
