My computer has been acting up lately, and I had to re-install Win98 and FS2002. (Fortunately, customizations were not lost.) But now I find that I cannot move or resize any of my windows. It can get very annoying especially when the ATC dialog box is obscuring my view of the runway as I turn onto the final - and I can't move it out of the way.Has anyone else experienced this? Rachel,I can only think of one thing that would cause this. Do you use the FSUIPC module? If so, go to the "Technical" tab of the FSUIPC module and check if you have the "stop cockpit sizing and moving" checkbox checked. If you do have it checked, then try unchecking it. That particular option freezes the ATC window as well as the cockpits.
