Dynamic Scenery and moving parts

I've been away from flightsim for a while not checked on anything for months. Anyways I love dynamic scenery and am just wondering if there is any way of adding aircraft with moving parts as dynamic scenery. It would be great if we could see the flaps and spoilers move just after landing, not to mention the gear going up as the aircraft climbs.I've seen Oliver Pabsts catering trucks and their gradual lift, so it must be possible some how. Does anyone know how?Thanks in Advance,Dan
