I've also experience quite a few 'jagges' and 'flicker textures' recently. I think it's because we're running FS2k2 at 1024X768, a relatively low resoulution. I'm planning on buying a new 19" monitor here shortly that can handle 1600X1200 @ 85Hz. I agree. Increase the res to 1600x1200 if your monitor is capable of that res and things will be remarkedly smoother. You should have an icon in the sys tray that'll show what resolutions are available to you. If not, you can go into settings and turn that icon on.
