Startup/Shutdown sounds for the Dauphin?

Recommended Posts

Guest

I've already posted this in the Rotor Head forum, but I'll post it here just in case someone who frequents this board has an answer. Does anyone know how to incorporate startup/shutdown sounds into Antti Pankkonen's Dauphin? I have engine sounds, that was pretty straight forward; however, I read where someone successfully incorporated spool up and spool down sounds for the turbine(s) in the Dauphin. If anyone has done this would you please post how it was accomplished? I'd greatly appreciate it.Thanks in advance."Learn from your parents' mistake...use birth control."(I M A UCLA) BruinAddict *:-*DemetriousAsus A7V266 MBAthlon XP 1600+ (@ 1.53)512MB PC2100 DDRVisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4400 (Detonator 29.42 WHQL)NEC MultiSync E1100+ 21"SoundBlaster Live! I've actually downloaded his excellent Bell 412 sounds, but haven't been able to get the actual startup/shudown wavs to work with the Dauphin. Would you happen to have any suggestions on how to set up the sound.cfg? BTW, I have working external/internal sounds, just no turbine spool up/spool down sounds. Thanks, Mark, for the quick response, also."Learn from your parents' mistake...use birth control."(I M A UCLA) BruinAddict *:-*DemetriousAsus A7V266 MBAthlon XP 1600+ (@ 1.53)512MB PC2100 DDRVisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4400 (Detonator 29.42 WHQL)NEC MultiSync E1100+ 21"SoundBlaster Live!
