Anybody have any idea how many copies of MSFS2002 have been sold? Or of 2000? Just curious how big our hobby is.Thanks.

I don't have the numbers, but I do get the top 10 charts each week. FS2000 used to be in the top 10-20 PC games sold most months, meaning unit sales in the low thousands for that month. FS2002 has not been on the charts with the same consistency. I think this is likely due to two things:1. The Sims and derivative, Warcraft II, etc. Huge PC games that have dwarfed most other releases and pushed everything else down the chart.2. The lower levels of interest in aviation and flight simulation following 9/11.The fact that there is an FS2004 in the works is however a good indication that the game remains popular and/or MS believes it will pick up steam again in the coming years.
