Second AA texture for Mike Stone's B757

Featured Replies

Well Simmers - another B757 texture for Mike's great 757 aircraft. (My last one - for this weekend - I have had a hard weekend of texture tinkering and will park my paintbrush for a while)This one is an AA lightning bolt RetroJet, their 757 in retro livery commemorating the 40th anniversary of commercial jet airline service.http://www.gjsmith.com/images/b757-AA-2-1.jpghttp://www.gjsmith.com/images/b757-AA-2-2.jpgShe is available at:http://www.gjsmith.com/textures/b757.htmHope you like her and that she flies well for you.RegardsGarry J. Beautiful Mr. Smith. Thank you.Mike Stone

Thanks Mike,Will have to stop doing these commercial liveries - someone might complain (none yet) A lot of downloads of the AA stuff so I guess they like the combination of your aircraft and my tinkerings :-hahGarry J. Your welcome James,The blue metal effect was a real difficult task I must have tried a dozen diffent blues and I am not overly happy with this one but it visually appears the closest to a 2D image I have - and matching 3D lighting and reflective effects is always open to interpretation.RegardsGarry J. It looks great either way :-) The reflections in FS2002 are bringing out the best in textures now ;-)Can't forget to thank Mike for making the 757 model either!!http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/edenw/FS_..._banner_je7.jpg Long Live General Aviation!
