What the VA World really needs

I run a Virtual Military Command. One of the biggest problems we face is an inadequate database. If someone was to develope and establish a central database that could support all types of VAs(ie..Civilian, Military, ATC, Ground Support)at one location. What I invision is a database password driven that would allow certain levels of access for managers and pilots. VA managers would be able to enter flight data. Pilots would be able to enter multi-player session data, on flights the are assigned. ATCs would be able to monitor multi-player sessions and provide ATC support. Ground support personnel would be able to monitor muti-player mission schedules and provide ground support(refuel trucks, emergency vehicles, etc...). Each VA would be able to access reports. It would allow all VA's to share information at one central location. It would cut down on the administrative time on managing a VA(We would get more flying time). It would add more realism to the Virtual World. Wouldn't it be cool to land and see your aircraft being serviced.
