June 13, 200223 yr I have envisioned this VA a few years back and now just getting it started about a month ago. World Aide Enterprise VA is a for profit Virtual Airline to create routes and possible new airports/runways for the virtual vatsim flying community, in an effort to recognize seldom heard of people's and cultures in remote areas. Real fotos of various places WAE will service will be posted to enhance world community awareness.WAE's other main mission is to provide direct support help in sim-military ops missions, mostly for airlift, SAR (Search and Rescue), reconnaiscance, comm-intel, and other intelligence/logistics ops as needed. We hope to have real prior military vets join our ranks for the fun of flying and training. I am prior military with 40+ hours real flying time, and cant fly for awhile because of health problems. This is a great outlet for me, and a great way to learn aviation.WAE needs pilots, ATC, and staff for newly created hubs. There are other special ops missions !WAE's website is at:http://groups.yahoo.com/group/World_Aide_E...s/wae/main.htmlCapt. Gray, ceo-wae
June 27, 200223 yr Why am I repyling to my own VA; there are minor changes and shud be noted here.Paramil flying may be limited to pre-unaf mission exercises and airlifts one week prior to the event. UNAF sim-military events will probly not use civilian aircraft for SAR and airlift during the actual exercise. There may be other 'paramil' opportunities I am not aware of.Remore area access special ops is still a go, and WAE would like to have 12 people in order to be eligible for special ops on vatsim; the requirement is 10 people and 3 mos active website and flite time; missions are on the way.Capt.
