A few weeks ago, I was sitting in a Staff Meeting, thinking what could be done to improve not only my Virtual Airline, but Virtual Airlines in general. After sitting there for about a half an hour, I realized it, there are too many Virtual Airlines. But, what are we going to do, say "Everyone Else, leave!" Of course not! That is when we came up with the idea of American United Group. Right now, the only way that the Virtual Airlines are united is through VATSIM. However, they dont really "do" anything, besides provide us with a network. So, myself, Mark McCauley, and Chris Doyle have started up a new "alliance" where all Virtual Airlines are going to be allowed to join (you dont have to of course!). We will be helping both new Virtual Airlines to get going, and large Virtual Airlines manage their Roster, and help them get even more Pilots. We'll plan events together, where hundreds of pilots in AUG will fly together! Think of the possibilities! We are opening our doors to Applications this Saturday, at 12:01AM CST! We invite all of you to come check us out at http://aug.fly-acva.comAll questions may be directed to [email protected] Oakley, Mark McCauley, Chris DoyleFounders, American United Group
