performance and Fs2002

hi alli have just got back into Flight simming after a few months of absence,anyway i reinstalled the game and the performance seems very poor to what i used to have,my system is a P3 800 256 SD133 RAM GForce 2MX400 64meg DX8.10 30.12 GF drivers and i get alot of stuttering,i also recently installed a second monitor and now i use a TNT 32meg card for that, i also have placed the 2D cockpit on that window and totally fly in VC in the main monitor,i have noticed i get around 5fps in VC and about 12 in 2D mode, what can i do to improve these jerkiness, could it be because of the multi monitor setup?also can anyone tell me if there is any good VC for jets out there to download and play with?thx
