We are now Austrian Virtual Airlines Group

VIENNA, AUSTRIA, JANUARY 18 2003 - To reflect the reality we have decided to rename our VA to Austrian virtual Airlines Group (was Austrian virtual Airlines).Changing of the name was required because we already operate flights of all airlines of the Austrian Airlines Group. Just checkout our schedule at http://www.aua.com/virtual, we run flights of Austrian Airlines, Lauda Air and Tyrolean Airlines. Therefore it was absolutely logical and required to change our name.As we run with the permission of the real Austrian Airlines Group (http://www.aua.com) our name change will also help us to reflect the maybe coming changes of our real counterpart.There will be no significant changes for our pilots and staff.
