Hello Sterling Virtual is shaping and we are searching for quality persons for different posts to our airline wich will be based on the real one here are the positions:Chief Pilot: Our Chief Pilot is the person that educates and trains our pilots on the Boeing 737NG aircrafts. The person is responsible for training material and courses. Good if the person has some experience on the Boeing 737 in real life.Route Manager: The person who are responsible for our route network and flight planning (Weather Information, NOTAMs, Briefing, Flight Plans, Slot Times, Fuel Planning etc) also responsible for making our rotation plans who all our aircrafts will follow.Public Relation Chief: The PR Chief is responsible for all out public appearances such as press releases etc. Is also the spokesman for our pilots and the one the pilots turn to when they have thoughts, complains, suggestions etc.Fleet Manager: This person is responsible so that our airline has the best model for our Boeing 737NG and is making the repaints of our aircraft and also keeping an eye on the real Sterlings aircrafts.Web manager: Person is responsible for making and developing our website the person must have good knowledge in making web sites.VATSIM Manager: The person is educating our pilots in online flying responsible for training material and must be able to hell online courses.
