Hi Everybody, Mark the Calender November 1st is the big day. Vatcan atc will open the skies at 2300 Zulu. CYYZ will operate 24hrs of atc with all other FIRs open at least 12or more based on staffing. All Va's are welcome so plan the routes to Canada now.Kevin PollockVatcan5
