New VA

I am looking to start a new VA in the Northeast section of the United States. We will basically fly 4-5 smaller planes to start. PMDG Beech 1900-D, Jet City DC-9-15, Phoenix simulation Dash 8-300, and the PMDG 737-600. I will need help in this task. I need a painter who can paint these four planes. I need someone to assist in the "ideas department", and I need someone with HTML and PHP knowledge. The pay is poor, but we can create something really great.
