Looking for co-president for new Virtual Airline

Im looking for someone to help me make and eventually co-run the virtual airline I'm starting up, WestHawk Virtual Airways. It will operate out of Boston-Logan Intl. and San Diego Intl. with Airbus A320's, Dornier DO 328's and eventually A300's to Canada, Mexico and Greenland. There will also be a corporate contracting division. I plan to eventually add a Carribean service and hopefully a European division.
