USVAC Appoints Public Information Officer

The new positions are Public Information Officer, which is fielded by a Brigadier General, and Assistant Public Information Officer, a Colonel. BG David Farmer assumed his duties as PIO on 1 July 2004 and named Col. Billy Hitefield to be his assistant the same day. Both of these airmen have outstanding service records and their contributions to the organization have left positive impacts on their preceeding units.
