MARA mission for September - Aircraft Evaluation

The MARA mission for September is to fly an evaluation flight in the new Aero Commander AC500 "Carthorse" cargo plane. Download the plane from the files section of the MARA website (http://flyva.net/mara) and install it then set up and fly your own evaluation flight, online or offline. I suggest that there is plenty of cargo that needs to be ferried from YMML to the airports of the daily circuit. Lilydale airport is also close to YMML. Ballarat and Mangalore would make good little evaluation flights, and if you want to try out short field performance then Maryburough looks good. You may even like to fly across the straight to Launceston or Flinders Island. Bring the plane back when you're done and write up a PIREP about it's suitability for MARA's cargo operations.
