START strives to become the most realistic virtual commercial airline that has been developed for any flight simulator. Our flight dispatch will create a customized dispatch for every flight, based on current weather conditions, passenger/cargo load, fuel load, aircraft type and route. XDS will also offer charts for any destination. * Our dedicated training facility will prepare all prospective hires for the piloting career.Excellent staff members and extensive course materiasl will guide you through the various training courses before you can start operating an aircraft with START. The courses will be challenging for both veterans and beginners alike. * Realistic pilot and plane movements will require strategic planning from the pilots. * Our simulated economic system will enable the pilots to generate revenue for our company, which in return can be used for current operations, aircraft maintenance and new purchases. * Re-certifications and continous checkrides will keep any START pilot current. * Dedicated CATII/III training courses * Our real-time ACARS server will allow both passengers and pilost to track any aircraft of the fleet. * P-SYS, our automated, online PIREP system allows our pilots to send automated flight reports. * Role-playing elements and assigned charter flights will be able to boost ratings, efficiency and revenue for the veteran pilot. * Our in house AI system will analyze submitted flights, assign efficiency ratings and passenger satisfaction reports and react to weather conditions and fuel prize fluctuations..START Airways is operating its main hub in Munich, Germany (EDDM) with secondary hubs in London, United Kingdom (EGKK). Our future division START America will be based in Atlanta, GA (KATL).Our financiers have just cleared us for the purchase of our inital fleet - two ATR 72-500s and one De-Havilland Dash 8.
