November 15, 200520 yr Effective November 18th Air Fresno will be restructuring and placing it's Boeing 737-200 Advanced aircraft in storage. In their place will be a new line up of commuter turboprops, ranging from the 19 seat Raytheon/Beech 1900D and Fairchild Dornier 228-212, to the 42 seat ATR 42-500, and including the SAAB 340B+ in both passenger and freight versions. All of the routes have been retimed for the turboprops, and some cities have been dropped while others have been added, for a total of 25 destinations served. Flights last from less than 30 minutes to just over 2 hours, and will offer pilots a chance to clock more time in the cockpit, as well as fly some of the best regional turboprops available. All of the changes will be uploaded to the website at 6:00AM PT Friday, November 18, 2005. Please check with the website for changes in your schedule and aircraft assignments.
