Today JetLink Airways announced that it will break it's 10 year contract with WorldJet Airways due to WorldJet ceasing operations on June 1, 2006. The Atlanta based airline who moved operations to Chicago O' Hare and Los Angeles Ontario, in November 2005, to serve WorldJet Airways' as it's signature feeder airline, has announced it's return to home in Atlanta, Georgia.The JetLink Holdings group which is owned by Ryan DiGiovanni announced today that he will be stepping down as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for JetLink Airways. The JetLink Holdings board has elected longtime employee and former Chief Operating Officer Zachary Pennebaker as the new Chairman of the Board for JetLink Airways where he also will serve in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and President.It has been nearly eight months since JetLink Airways' last flight out of Atlanta in JL colors, loyal JetLink Airways passengers can now expect JLA to resume a schedule of 50% capacity back to the full schedule that JLA will operate and to new destinations as well. As JetLink Airways is now re-opening, and starting brand new operations, our management team is in need of some help. We need to fill our staff positions before we decide to open our doors to the public and start hiring pilots.
