August 15, 200619 yr Work continues on California Express as executives now plan to open the airline on September 4th, a full 3 months before it was originally though to be ready to open. The reasons for this was a faster than expected turn around rate on painting the 18 unique aircraft for the fleet, and newly written programming for timing the 70 routes for the schedule. The SGA Boeing 737-300 aircraft were produced with 18 distinctly Californian tail artwork and custom fuselage coloring, from a hot pink for the Marilyn Monroe aircraft to a root beer brown for the City of Los Angeles aircraft. Included in the 18 prepared textures is the default livery aircraft, which is said to make up the bulk of the eventual 60 aircraft fleet. All of the aircraft are available on the airlines website and on flightsim.com. Also on flightsim.com are the 2007 Fleet Revision Fly-off aircraft in the default livery, the Boeing 737-700 in both winglet and non-winglet forms, and the Airbus A319-200.Programming was written specifically for the Boeing 737-300
