The ATP Experience is currently looking for a few dedicated individuals who are interested in being involved with the management and adminstration of a 'realistic' virtual airline. The normal time commitment is expected to be one short meeting per week, and maybe a few hours of work per two weeks. All positions will require higher than normal time commitments for the first month. You will also be expected to set an example to the pilots by participating in at least one online event and completing one flight schedule per month. However, if you are not a virtual pilot, the flight requirement will be waived. We currently have several positions available: -Dispatchers Duties primarily consist of verifiing all flight are legally dispatched under FAR, Part 121. Will double check ordered fuel meets fuel planning and alternate planning requirements. Prepares and distributes Aircraft Dispatch Orders (ADO). Participates in as many Events as possible (weekly) taking PIREPs, Flight Reports, giving weather advisories, gate assignments, re-routes, and any information the pilot may need. Strong radio communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand flight plans a PLUS! As a dispatcher you will work a lot of flights.-Pilots Pilots must have a minimum of 25 hours of verifiable Vatsim hours, or be willing to accept the position of trainee for 25 hours. All pilots must be familiar with or willing to learn proper ATC Communication, VOR (Radio) and RNAV Navigation, Visual and Instrument Approaches to CAT II Minimums, and be familiar with most of the (relevant to Flight Simulator) FAA regulations regarding Flight Levels and RSVM rules. Pilots should also be willing to fly multiple legs when needed. -Vice President, Resources and Aquisitions Duties include but not limited to; seeking out and negotiating for new assets and investments that fullfil the company's mission. Serves the needs of the Executive Staff and the Aircrews. -Vice President, Advertising and Promotion Duties include but not limited to; planning, scheduling, coordinating, and implementation of company advertising and promotion efforts under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer.-Information Officer Duties include but not limited to; maintaining a database of contact info for all employees and primary contacts. Maintain Roster and Pilot records up to date. Disseminate intercompany information to the appropriate personnel. Also maintain contact and familiarity with other VA's and ATC ARTCCs.-Web Developer Duties include but not limited to; assisting staff and Webmaster in the conceptual design, coding, and implementation of all Internet based systems and applications being developed.-XML Gauge Editor Must be proficient at editing and programming gauges in XML for FS9.All positions are trainable to the right applicant.
