Scenery developer needed.

I'm looking for an experienced scenery developer to produce for me an idea I have for San Clemente Island, 53 miles west-southwest of Los Angeles. I have a screenshot of the proposed development area, however it's quite large and in order to not step on any toes here I have not posted it. It may be viewed here: http://home.earthlink.net/~advantagecargo/...ctures/knuc.jpgEssentially it takes the whole of the island and turns it into an international airport and resort community, with Honolulu style hi-rise hotels, city scenery and a cruise ship port. There would be AI aircraft active on the enlarged default airport, including sightseeing helicopters that circle the island without concern for commercial traffic, and a large commercial terminal as well as an expanded GA parking area. The default 9294' concrete runway would be enhanced with CAT III ILS. I know that this is not worth the effort required to produce a high density, high quality scenery, but I will offer up to $50US for the finished product (payable through paypal). I would like to see it completed within 30-45 days as I'm actually planning a VA around the finished product.
