September 20, 200619 yr In the last week several new and radical changes have taken place on the new domain site for California Express. The first of which was the early release of twelve new flights, covering service to Corpus Christi, Texas, Mexico City and Mazatlan, Mexico, and Calgary, Thunder Bay and Winnipeg, Canada. The twelve flights only use an additional four aircraft, thanks to automated schedule planning with a version of the current EXCEL planner used by the airline. The second development involved cutting down on e-mails to interested parties on the airlines mailing list. Concerned about spam, CalXpress will eliminate the monthly e-mailed newsletter for a new informational magazine page on the company's website. The first installment of the new magazine feature will be published October 1st.
