Eastern Virtual Airlines opens brand new site!!!

After 8 years of providing the flight simming community some of the best service, Eastern Virtual Airlines is once again resetting the mark! On December 23rd, Eastern VA will be opening it's newly designed and expanded website to the public. "We've put extensive research into what our current and future members want in their flight sim experience," says James Noble, Eastern VA's Chief Executive Officer. "After a year of hard work from all management members of Eastern Virtual Airlines, we are proudly presenting the future of this VA with the opening of our new modernized website. Without all the time put into this by the most dedicated team on the net, this milestone would not have been achieved." "We have the ultimate pilot center," Senior Vice President Jonathon Baylor explains. "Every departure and arrival chart for our hubs, all weather conditions for the U.S., an improved fleet hanger showing loads of flight data for each plane such as take of weight, launch customers, and more." Other features of the site include automatic hour updating, automatic promotions based on recorded hours, archived flight history of which pilots can review since the site opened. Eastern Virtual Airlines is certainly no stranger to milestones. In 2005, shortly after hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans and surrounding areas, Eastern VA stepped to the plate and started a general donation fund for victims of the storms. Shortly after that, Eastern Virtual Airlines made it's anchor into flight simulation history by becoming the first licensed and registered virtual airline. "Making a solid stand in the flight sim community this way shows that we're not an overnight fad, we're a family of enthusiasts with a strong core. Becoming a non-profit organization, it's opened many doors to not only grow and expand with our hobby, but to help our community abroad," said Patrick Harris, Legal/Public Relations Officer. "Members want it as real as possible with flight simulation. With our virtual airline, we take it to an all new level of realism." Just in time for Christmas, Eastern Virtual Airlines will be showing off it's new website at www.evair.org early Saturday morning.
