The change comes just days after Hello Airways announced their restructuring program of Keystone Airways which Hello purchased in February 2007."This move will allow for greater flexibility in the western market." Stated Chief Executive Officer Bobby Cosgrove in a press conference announcing the service on Friday. Cosgrove continued "Increases in landing fees, slots told us we had to find an alternative." Hello Airways obtained daily slots from American Airlines after that airline moved all operations to Los Angeles (LAX) last month. Hello Airways will utilize the North Concourse Gate 23.Long Beach Airport originally constructed in 1936 for Military Operations began Commercial Operations in the 1940's and although its growth was limited due to the growth of the surrounding Los Angeles basin, the airport got an overhaul in the early 1980's. Beginning Saturday, March 10th 2007, all Hello Airways Flights will be routed MCO-LGB and any passengers with outstanding reservations at Burbank will be bussed from either Burbank to Long Beach or Long Beach to Burbank. Hello Airways will provide this free shuttle service until March 17th, 2007.In addition, Hello Airways has released the timetable for Hello's WesternConnect service, the daily service between Seattle (SEA), San Francisco (SFO) and Long Beach (LGB) will be operated by a 737-700 in a 2 Class Configuration (Ex.
