I am looking for a serious and experienced programmer to develop a custom ACARS program similar to the one that is used by BAV Virtual, with more state of the art features. The program MUST at the very least be able to auto submit PIREPS to our system and be able to require a pilot to respond to "cockpit checks" after a certain period of time.
