The VA will not have a CEO and a Vice CEO any longer. It will be replaced with a Board of Directors which comprise the Chairman, Vice Chairman, hub managers and special directors such as media and events.According to Mr. Yvan Ung, Vice Chairman of JAL Virtual: "The new constitution of the Board of Directors will allow JAL Virtual to operate more efficiently than in the past. Also, new seating products will be made avaible for existing domestic and international routing."JAL Virtual was awarded it's operating certificate March 11th, 2007 after months of discussion with the Virtual Civil Aviation Bureau of Japan.
