New SkyTeam Alliance VA

Hi folks, I have started a new VA which incorporates almost all of the existing SkyTeam Alliance (Delta, KLM, Air France, Continental, Northwest, etc...) and I am looking for people to staff up. I am currently inputting real world routes and tail numbers - and I have written permission from each airline to use their names and likenesses. What I need are people who are willing to spend some time and help me get it off the ground - so to speak. I've worked really hard up until now, but any help at all would be great. I've flown with a lot of other VA's in the past and I made a list of all the things that I did not like and did my best to come up with an idea that will work for almost everyone. My idea is simple: I plan on being the CEO of thewhole alliance, but each individual airline president will run their own airline. My opinion is that anyone I feel is qualified to do the job I hired them to do is also qualified to hire the people below them. Everything will be basically set up for you, I just need staff to run their respective divisions of the airline.
