Bill Grabowski's (sp?) superb ERJ panel from fsnordic.com is a sure fire winner eventhough it was designed for a different regional jet.

There a few, go do a search for CRJ and choose which one you like the best. I have one I love and its realistic, yet functional. fs2k2crjv20_panel.zip
