January 30, 200818 yr Winair needs a dedicated staff member to attend to and assist our new team members as they climb aboard.Main responsibilities of this position will be reviewing new applicants and hiring of pilots as well as maintaining/contributing to policy documentation. Forum management will also be a responsibility of the HR Manager. Good communication with our pilots will be necessary and contribution to management discussions tantamount. Positive visibility in our forums as well as online presence in VATSIM is required.Applicant Requisites follow:1. Application processing and email communication at least once every 24 hours2. Respect for pilots and management of Winair3. People, communication and grammar skills4.
