March 31, 200818 yr I am happy to announce that the Virtual International Flying Club (VIFC) has been accepted as a VATSIM Partner VA and is open for business. We are currently 24 members strong offering an Automated Pirep and Log book system to dynamically track pilot flight information. Pireps can be submitted via our website form or when in the cockpit of Flightsim. This system offers us the flexibility to satisfy all of our members requirements. Our VA also offers private servers for Company voice channels and multiplayer flight. (used for company VATSIM Training events.) Our home base is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on the north east boundary of Vancouver International Airport (CYVR) . This area was selected because it can offer all types of flying activities such as bush flying, float planes, mountain flying, jet flying, etc... Every pilot will be able to fly the way he enjoys flying. The founders also plan to develop more hubs in the future. Last but not least, we serve our members in the two official languages of Canada in most sections of our website. CEO and VIFC Manager Jacques Coulliard is native to Canada and speaks both French and English and is an avid Flight SIm enthusiast. Zane Greenwald, our Operations Manager is the go to guy for all membership administrative duties and Aircraft and panel modifications. Frank Pate is our Technical Specialist and manages all website and server related activites as well as the primary scenery designer for the group. We invite everyone to come to our website: http://www.flyvifc.org and browse our information rich pages. Each team manager is ready to listen your suggestions and your feedback will always be part of our primary mission. Blue Skys The VIFC Management Team
