New VA In USA Need Pilots painters and managment in Columbus Ohio

Hello, Click Virtual Air looking for pilots and management to get the airline flying. we several aicraft, Airbus 320-200 CRJ 200 and DHC8, currently have VAFS system, and 25 routes looking to add more once we get more pilots, a two flight training period where you will fly an out in back turn two times from columbus ohio, in our turbo prop aircraft, then you will be assigned a crj 200 then once as a first officer rank you can hop in the A320. we began our operations on the 12th of april 2008 now we just need pilots and management.
