Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to Cayman Airways Virtual's latest Press Release! We are very glad to have you here, and hope you will enjoy the presentation. We here at Cayman Airways Virtual serve the Caribbean, U.S.A, Canada, South America and Europe presently. But there are enormous expansion plans in the works. We operate a small fleet, ranging from the Twin Otter for inter-island flights to the mighty A330-200 for inter-continental flights. Offering a virtual experience for both passenger pilots and cargo haulers, with new exciting operations being discussed daily, we have something for everyone. We here at Cayman Airways Virtual have been working tirelessly to offer our pilots a unique flying experience, one where they can not only log flights and build hours, but where they can also socially interact with other pilots, creating new friendships and bonds, thus making flying for us more interesting. We have a very dedicated team of staff, both with real world and virtual experience in each of their own unique fields. I am very lucky to have such a team working with me, and they never let me forget that. :( Our staff are constantly generating new ideas to further the success of our airline, success after all, is a never ending journey, I'm sure that every individual knows that.

We presently have:- 98 Pilots- Over 2,100 successful flights flown- Nearly 5,000 hours flown- Over 2,000,000nm flown- Over 280,000 happy passengers - Over 37,000,000lbs of cargo flown

We have recently launched a fully updated website, boasting a refreshing new green theme. We here at Cayman Airways Virtual firmly believe that in an effort to better the planet for the future, we need to start today. We are in the process of selling off some of our older aircraft, and acquiring newer, more efficient aircraft for our needs. We will be operating new routes, to destinations that our pilots have shown a lot of interest in, as well as offering new benefits to our pilots. We have also introduced a new look to our forums, with added sections to offer more variety to our pilots, and even more interest to the general public. We will soon be offering a complete airline dispatch system where pilots are not necessarily restricted to our current route spread. We now require a Vatsim ID and Teamspeak participation from all of our new applicants, this way we ensure that information is freely available to everyone, and our new applicants can receive support verbally from our more experienced pilots. We don't want this to intimidate anybody, think of it more as an opportunity to meet and greet the rest of our pilots and begin your "virtual, social" career with Cayman Airways Virtual.

We here at Cayman Airways Virtual will be advertising all staff positions, less the CEO, that we presently have for the public to apply. This is in an effort to ensure that we have the best in our team. I have personally discussed this with all current staff, all of which have already re-applied for their respective positions, as well as new positions, and all fully support the idea of bringing new people on board. On top of the present staff positions we offer, we will be introducing new staff positions, as listed below, and more. If you are interested in any of the positions listed, please contact me directly at jonceo[at]flycay[dot]com and I will arrange an interview for you through teamspeak, all applicants will also need to be or become active pilots, active in our forums and submit a resume. - Chief of Express Operations- Chief of Freight Division- Chief of Vatsim Operations- Owen Roberts Hub Manager- New York Hub Manager

We here at Cayman Airways Virtual will be offering a cornucopia of new destinations to our pilots for the Winter season. We will also be offering more frequent flights to existing destinations. Our new Winter destinations are yet to be announced, but polls will begin to appear in our forums where pilots can vote for their favorites. We will introduce flights from both of our hubs to these new destinations for maximum accessibility. One of our B737-300's can be seen here playing in the snow in Alaska:

We here at Cayman Airways Virtual will soon be offering our pilots an experience never before provided. We will create our own unique cookie! We will create this FlyCay cookie and upload the recipe and all details to our website for all to view. There are plans to open an entire division for our recipes, a division where pilots can share their own unique creations with other pilots and staff, we may even host contests in the futures, the winners of these competitions may have their dishes featured on our main website, as well as in an annual calender which is in the works.

We here at Cayman Airways Virtual now host two screen shot competitions per month, one for edited submissions, one for unedited, all themes for the competitions are chosen by the previous months winner. All pilots are able to vote for their favorites, and the winner will receive multiple benefits discussed in our forums. We will begin trimming our roster monthly to ensure that all pilots are active, with our new application procedures we hope to have a strong communication network between all of our staff and pilots, this will increase motivation levels within the airline and in turn, generate more profits and interest in the online community. That concludes this Press Release, thank-you all very much for viewing, and if you haven't checked us out already:www.flycay.comCheers! :D
