Hi everyone, just wondering why there are no Air France-based VAs out there. I'm told that some were shut down by the real airline a few years ago. Is this true? Thanks!

Some people have tried to set up a Virtual Air France on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, they were ordered to close their site down by the real airline.More information at http://flsim2002.free.fr/virtairf.htm (it's in french though).The link I posted in the previous thread is as close as you can get if you want to fly for an Air France based virtual airline.

You will not see the Air France logo on this web site (except for screenshots and airplane photos) or any material from the Air France website. Hi,i will not be very objective as VA France CEO ... but you should have a try in our VA ! we are actualy full member of th Flying Tiger Group which counts more than 50 VA and 17 fully FTG VA (Lufthansa, Cathay Pacific, Swiss, Singapore Airlines, Virgin, etc.) and nearly 1000 pilots !We don't think you need to join a regular VA with regular rules (hub assigned ...).
