Fleet Manager Needed!

Featured Replies

Hi,Eagle Wings Charters and Air Kentucky, both affiliated, need a fleet manager! If you would like to apply, you must first register with one or both airlines, and fly at least 5 hours for that airline. Then, we must see a screenshot of your past work, and then we will make the decision to hire you or not.If you have any questions, contact me at [email protected], or go to www.freewebs.com/ewvcharters. Thanks, and have a great day!

why do they have to fly 5 hours first before you will even consider them ???Why can't they just show you their work..and if they are suitable then you hire them?It seems a cunning way to get people to fly for you first...hmmm :-bluegrab

Thanks for your input. The reason is that we would like to get a basic reading as to how much time you can put into your work. If one flies a lot in a short amount of time, that tells us that he or she can probably put some good, quality time into the work. However, I did not mention this in the first post, and that is if you were to, lets say do four hours in a day or two, we may leave the position open and make an exception. However, you would need to keep flying on a regular basis. Right now, we've just got too many pilots who are not flying a lot. They all have good reason not to, as I haved talked to them, but we need a more professional atmosphere. Thanks again!
