Need a hand setting up a Business Jet VA

Hey guys!Well for quite a long time I was thinking about creating a different kind of VA... a business VA Using A319's configured in a sort of economy/business cabin and flying mainly to big important busines cities in Europe and in the future maybe america, asia and the middle east.As I said the fleet will consist of Airbuses A319 (ACJ) and our hub will be London Gatwick. I am planning for the aircraft to do 3 rotations a day to the important cities (frankfurt, paris, amsterdam etc) and 2 rotations a day for the other cities (madrid, lisbon, etc) and on the weekends we could offer services to holiday destinations (faro, barcelona, etc) in the same way Helvetic of switzerland is operating now.Sounds interesting?Ok in order to get this dream in the air I will need....well everything! a webmaster, a person to take care of the schedule, and a livery designer.
